Not only do the systems clean the air, but they also reclaim the coating material from the commercial and industrial finishing processes.
Design: The dust collection system features cylindrical cartridges that trap the overspray in the powder delivery system. The cartridges discharge the reusable excess powder into a collection tray through an air reverse pulse process.
Cost-effectiveness: Besides cleaning the air, the excess powder does not go to waste. You can also integrate your dust collection system with Spraytech climate control and air movement systems.
High technology: The Spraytech dust systems feature the fiber optic laser technology that facilitates a high-precision dust collection process. The systems also feature CNC-controlled fabrication for optimal alignment and easy installation.
Standard features: The components of each unit are:
- 12-gauge steel cabinet (powder-coated white).
- Standard reverse pulse valves and plumbing.
- Six cartridge filters (99% efficiency and 0.5 microns each).
- 5 HP aluminum blower (Backward Inclined).
- Air pressure reservoir (1/4” thick steel).
- Dust storage drawers (3 cubic-foot capacity).
- High-efficiency LED light fixtures.
Intuitive control panels: The panels are user friendly to allow you to control the aspects of the booth accurately. You can also upgrade to using a touch-screen control panel.
Dust collection module: The system uses the DCM4500 module.
