Paint Booth Filters

Paint Booth Filters for Intake Filter, Exhaust Filter, Air-make Up Unit Filter

Intake filter: An invisible speck of duct can ruin a pristine paint job. Intake filters extract any contamination facilitating the achievement of a smooth and clean finish at a go. The filters also pull dust from the surface to leave a minimal risk of spatter, smudging, or streaking.

The choice of an intake filter depends on the paint booth that you use. Always get the filter because it is your first line of defense.

Exhaust filter: The filter captures overspray. It fits on the metal supports that inserts in the galvanized metal header. The sealing agent in the metal header prevents paint bypass in the filter.

You do not need to keep on changing your exhaust filter. It is sturdy enough to withstand extended paint exposure.

Each case contains 4, 6, or 8 filters.

Air make-up filter: Your paint booth requires protection from contaminants that damage its working parts, including the air system. Make-up filters block large particles allowing the air pressure in your paint booth to remain at optimal levels.

You can buy make-up filters with a high loft rate to enhance the longevity of your booth. Also, the filters should fit. Always check the make-up filters first whenever you encounter an airflow problem in your booth.
